S-6.01, r. 3 - Taxi Transportation Regulation

Full text
44. A holder of a taxi driver’s permit who is hailed by a client may not let the client get into the taxi if there is a public taxi station less than 60 m away and a taxi is parked there and available for service. If this is the case, the holder must inform the client that the taxi already waiting can meet his or her need for service.
The first paragraph does not apply, however, if the client is a disabled person in a wheelchair.
